We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your item is defective or does not fit your vehicle as described based on the compatibility information provided on the product page, you may request a return.
Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility:
• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
• All original packaging and accessories must be included.
• Items that have been installed, used, or modified are not eligible for return.
• Clearance or custom items are not eligible for return.
Return Authorization:
All return requests must be approved by our support team before being sent back. The return shipping address will be provided after approval.
Return Shipping:
• If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs.
• If the return is due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong item, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
In certain cases, we may offer a replacement or exchange instead of a refund.
